Objectives: 1- Follow-up of the quality and efficiency of projects administratively and operationally. 2- Participation and participation in overcoming difficulties encountered in project implementation. 3- Take advantage of distinguished engineering expertise to increase the level of efficiency in implementation. 4- Contributing to achieving the university’s goals by participating in preparing the university’s requirements for projects and making its plans and budget. Management tasks: 1- Studying and preparing design plans and preparing technical specifications, bills of quantities and prices for all projects affiliated with the university. 2- Technical analysis of projects and studying bids after opening the envelopes and making comments on the bids from the technical point of view. 3- Supervising the contractor’s implementation and its commitment to implementing the contract terms and specifications, and responding to all technical inquiries of the contractor. 4- Participation in studying and preparing the university's budget. 5- Participation in preparing development plans at the university. 6- Study samples and materials submitted for projects and approve them. Management services: 1- The development of existing buildings commensurate with the renewable jobs. 2- Providing technical consultations to some of the university's bodies.
