★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نبثقت فكرة إنشاء إدارة الحقوق الطلابية من رؤية جامعة طيبة في حماية الحقوق الطلابية و توفير بيئة جامعية تحفظ حقوق الطالب في المجالين الأكاديمي و غير الأكاديمي , فكانت بدايتها بتشكيل لجنة لحماية حقوق الطالب في تاريخ 1430/16/06هـ وبدأت ممارسة صلاحياتها في العناية بالشكاوى و التظلمات الطلابية , ونظراً لأهمية الدور الذي تقوم به اللجنة و أمام زيادة عدد الطلاب و الطالبات في الجامعة وازدياد توجه الطلاب للجنة وعرض مشكلاتهم عليها , اتجهت إدارة جامعة طيبة إلى إنشاء إدارة ثابته تعنى بالحقوق الطلابية فكان ذلك وكان لجامعة طيبة فضل الريادة في إنشاء إدارة الحقوق الطلابية .
وتسعى إدارة الحقوق الطلابية لتحقيق الأهداف الآتية :
1 / إيجاد مجتمع جامعي متجانس تسود فيه روح التعاون المتبادل بين أفراده .
2 / إقرار مبدأ العدالة و المساواة بوصفه دعامة أساسية في بناء مجتمع مثالي داخل الجامعة .
3 / إنماء ثقافة العدل و الإنصاف وحقوق الإنسان بين الطلاب .
4 / العناية بالشكاوى و التظلمات الطلابية و التحقيق و البت و العمل على إقرار الحق فيها.
5 / دعم حقوق الطلاب على أسس تتوافق مع الأنظمة العامة و الأنظمة و اللوائح المطبقة
 The idea of establishing the Student Rights Department emerged from the vision of Taibah University in protecting student rights and providing a university environment that preserves student rights in the academic and non-academic fields. Students, and in view of the importance of the role played by the committee and in view of the increase in the number of students and students at the university and the increase in students ’orientation to the committee and presenting their problems to it, the Taibah University administration tended to establish a stable administration that deals with student rights, so that was and Taiba University had the merit of pioneering the establishment of the Student Rights Department.
The Student Rights Department seeks to achieve the following goals:
1 / Creating a homogeneous university community in which the spirit of mutual cooperation prevails among its members.
2 / Adopting the principle of justice and equality as a fundamental pillar in building an ideal society within the university.
3 / Developing a culture of justice, fairness and human rights among students.
4 / Taking care of student complaints and grievances, investigating, deciding and working on establishing the right to them.
5 / Supporting students' rights on grounds that are consistent with the general laws and applicable laws and regulations
