★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on 3 April 2021, the machine is present and working, it is beside SABB ATM and Saudi Post. Park your car on Sideway or cellar parking. Big Mosque, Kudu, Dr.Cafe and open area for kids to play.

Might have to be a bit patient as the touch screen is a bit moody and sometimes misaligned.
Took 5 mins to complete the process.
As previous reviewer said, its between Saudi Post and sabb, not so openly visible or marked, so look closely.

Easy to find & thankfully, this one is working!
Piece of advice, if you go for the purpose of getting a new simcard. Make sure someone is with you with fone. Otherwise, it will be a waste of trip as they require a mobile number & the code that they will sent.
