Emaar management will block access to your home (which is globally illegal) if your apartment owner is late on paying their maintenance fee. This is how they treat the tenants in one of the most expensive apartment properties in Jeddah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building to live in though the ceiling is a bit low. But the facilities are very good, especially the pool and the kids playground.
The men's gym is large. However, the women's gym is much smaller and need more cardio and strength machines. The spa is nice. They have a jacuzzi and massage services. The elevator is a bit slow for a tall tower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here to visit a close relative…every thing about the infrastructure of this place is truly amazing…we wish that all our communities have the same facilities .. yet, there is one thing I personally do not like ..it’s all those cafes that serve shisha and young girls are being attracted to these cafes …while both boys and girls are loitering around looking for an ‘affair’ instead of using their precious time in something useful.
