I feel very bad to Dra.Nashwa She is internist and immunologist Doctor, I am a Nurse, I have simple kidney problem My laboratories and ultrasound already finish before I went to her, How She is reading treat like scratch paper, and not focus on my problem She did not check my bloodpressure,My appearance any information, Nothing just incode to computer and ask me to do any laboratories for liver function and CBC I told her my CBC always normal and I don't have liver disease I don't have any symptoms for liver Why she request me those things? She said because there is package,you know package? I said okay I can do in Our polyclinic my working place atleast 50% discount for me there.And She force me to do in Abeer(I did not came back now to her) I feel very bad means She wants income She is taking advantage from her patient. That's not good. For me as a Muslim I can't eat food from haram way.

Worst service, not only once, many times had bad experince in the clinic. Will never visit again. Irresponsible dealing and they don’t know how to treat patients well. A group of arrogant people and management methods making uncomfortable for patients. They told me to wait 4 hours to get CBC result which can done maximum within 15 minutes.Totally, nothing can be done easily and all procedures make too difficult for the patient. Not recommend place at all.

The worst clinic i ever seen you go there you find your self in some kind of super market you call they have one common number you ask them if you do test for license he says yes ok how much is it then he tells you you have to there branch in sharfia which is about 45 min drive and you ask them give me there number they say no number what kind medical place is this is it really clinic or what !!! If you are working 24/7 as u said then why don’t you put each branch with there number so i contact them directly instead of calling the only number you have or let the operator has also 24/7 shifts or close your place and go back where come from

Worst experience ever in the last 02 years. I was in severe stomach pain doctor duty was supposed to be changed even though doctor understood my situation and immediately wrote me medicine which was supposed to be given by emergency staff. when i went to emergency room number 125 and informed the male nurse to give me priority because i have severe stomach ache, instead of listening my full sentence he replied me very rudely and said go outside i will call, i understand the situation and i waited, after 30 minutes when i felt more uncomfortable and couldn’t bear the pain i asked him again to see me this time even more rude and unethical way he said go outside i’m not free and right after he said he is not free he was using his phone with an earphone and enjoying his some drinking stuff and i am watching this drama and he knows that i’m watching but it seems he intentionally showed me that i can do whatever i want to and i will not listen to you because your are am expatriates ? when i again go in side and told him that bed is empty why are you not giving me drip as doctor wrote i am in the pain then again this gentleman said go and lie down but don’t call me with the same tone as i am not human being in his eyes.and after more 15 minutes after scrolling with his phone and walking around he called me and didn’t make a bed with new paper bed for me and it was dirty i changed it by myself. Because i asked him 2-3 times to give me medicine he take it personally and again after calling me he was using his phone with lead on for around 5-7 minutes more and then he came to me and attached drip which took only two minutes. “ IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT AN EMERGENCY PATIENT” ? Very bad service specially in pharmacy Today I visited there is one cashier name Mohammad behaving not good and also not caring about customer’s ,using bad language with loud voice … I am totally disappointed And I suggest no any one visited this branch Hope company do some solutions…. For it While I asking for complain he seems like happy and he suggested me come with me to complain our boss ….. Thanks

Although the medical centre has many good and positive issues but you easily note that the parking is so hard, the atmosphere is so hot, one important issue that the insurance office is always soo busy and crowded v. much meanwhile the officers providing the services are ONLY ONE OFFICER so as a result you have to wait much time to reach the window only to provide your papers then another much timing to wait Then when your approval comes they often no calling you ALWAYS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND NEVER FINDING A SOLUTION

First time i came today, base on my experience...hope this will help to improve the satisfaction of the people 1.) Need to add more personel in reception areas:Y? a). If the patient came alone & suffering in bad condition, he or she can have an immediate medical attention. 2).after the reception counter & got a token number..the patient needs to wait more time before he reaches the doctor due to the line is long again & needs ro wait for his/her token number to be called ..
