Special THANK YOU to Dr. Paggio he saved my dog from a severe fungus for almost a year that no clinic knew how to deal with it. My dog is very healthy now and back to life. Thank you, Hakeem, for being kind to Max, and thank you Noura for your kindness.

The clinic is clean and modern.

UPDATE:
I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 in response to my recent experiences at this clinic. Though I have all respect for Dr. Paggio and consider him one of the best physicians in the city, I cannot recommend this clinic anymore nor trust to keep my pets there if inpatient treatment or stays were required. Let’s start with the receptionists, their “schedulers”. I have NEVER seen a more inconsiderate, more apathetic, more unprofessional group of so called employees. Don’t ever think you can make an appointment and you ACTUALLY see the doctor on time. They won’t even explain why or how long the wait will be. Don’t ever think you’ll get ANY updates when your pet is in their care.
And if your pet passes away whilst in their care, don’t expect that someone will have the decency to call and inform you. No. The scheduler had one job, and it’s to follow protocol and call and let us know. Instead, we find out upon arrival (we’re there to get her discharged). We’re informed very callously that “the cat died”. No compassion, no explanation.
She is rude, unprofessional, and has no business working with animals or people for that matter.
Also: the rest of the staff are mediocre at best. They don’t know how to handle pets and generally seem clueless.
But our biggest grievance is the woman at the reception. As long as she works there, we will have to reconsider this clinic as our clinic.
Visits to the vet are usually stressful, nerve wrecking, and you’re there full of fear and apprehension for your pet. The last thing you want is to meet upon arrival is their staff. Yes, they are THAT bad.

Doctor was very professional and good with animals. staff were really nice and friendly, though my only concern is the receptionist. one of the receptionists was really rude and wasnt very helpful. i was waiting to go to my appointment then some people went in before me so i told her about it and she told me to tell them to leave and its not really my job to do that shes supposed to tell them nicely that they took someones appointment.

The staff was great - the clinic was spotless. I love the online registration and ability to made an appointment online. Confirmation of appointment was done via email promptly.

My dog surgery went very well and the suture is small and esthetically pleasing. Professional work.
Anesthesia was calculated very well My dog was wide awake and not tired when I picked him up
