★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة العملاء عندهم صفرين ، حاولت انقل السيارة ب اسمي اون لاين ، تظهر لي ملاحظة يرجى مراجعة الفرع ، ولمن اراجع الفرع يقولو لي هدي مشكلة فنيه اتواصل معهم عن طريق الاتصال وبعدها اتصلت عليهم ف بلغوني انها مهي مشكلة فنيه ولازم تراجع الفرع عل اساس يخلصو لك المعاملة وتوجهت مرة ثانية للفرع ، والموظف رفض ياخذ المعاملة ومصر اني اخلصها بالاتصال عل خدمة العملاء ، وبعد نقاشي الطويل معه قالي اتكلم مع مدير الفرع يوسف الغامدي اذا وافق انا اخد معاملتك والمدير رفض وقالي خلصها بالاتصال ، موظفين الفرع وهاتف خدمة العملاء ال ٢ مصرين على كلامهم والضحية العميل
وبعدها سويت شكوى بالاتصال عل خدمة العملاء بلغوني ٥ ايام وتنحل المشكلة واليوم كملت ٥ ايام لا اتصال ولا اي رساله.

وحسبما وردني من معلومات سيتم إغلاق جميع فروع عبداللطيف جميل لقطع الغيار في مدينة جدة ، وإبقاء فقط فرعين اثنين وهما : فرع طريق مكة ك5 ، وفرع طريق المدينة
لكن الله يعين بقية الموظفين بعد ذلك ...
أتمنى ان يكونوا في أماكن أخرى يقدموا الخدمة ويبقوا في وظائفهم ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مفتاح كامري ٢٠١٨ ضاع مني وطلع الادارة اطالب بالنسخة يعطيني موعد يرد لي بعد ٣ ايام وبعد اسبوع من التجاهل يقولي المسؤل عن المستودع ضيعه ونك تطالب فيه مشوار وتنلطع طلع مفتاح من عندك تجاري ووقت المخالصه ارفع شكوة يعطوك حقك. بالله هذه رد يقوله لعميل والمصيبة انه يعطيك رقم حق مفاتيح ويقولك هذي خدمة شخصيه اتفق معاه انا مالي مصلحه ششت انا متعامل مع شركة تويوتا ولا فواال لاكن حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ☝?
