Trying to make a list of them in google map (you can check more there) to help people for whom searching such places.
But 8oz is also good option in Qurtuba. Location and parking wise no issue.

Well organised and managed we can see the owner supervising and seeking customer experience feedback ? ?
The place was busy yet accommodating either for takeaway or inside customers.
Order hot chocolate and asked for it without sugar and that was confirmed by the cashier ... yet ? all hot chocolate in this area are pre sweetened

The coffee is well done and the french toast is very delicious and the ice cream is a little treat for yourself. ?
Its one of my to-go places in the morning for sure.
In this branch they do not have the full menu for breakfast like the main branch but hopefully in the nearest future.
