★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment you enter the gym, your greeted by friendly, professional and well-informed staff! This is not your typical gym experience especially here...in Saudi! I was so delighted when I met the receptionist, I think her name is Amal. She was so kind and welcoming.
The classes are intense, and I love that! I needed someone to kick my @$$ and these beautiful Brazilian coaches definitely do that!!
In my previous gym I saw women doing exercises in terrible form, misusing machines, overcrowded classes, and inattentive instructors (wanna-be coaches).
But at 3days you have someone watching you, someone guiding you, someone encouraging you, that is really what you need to achieve your fitness goal.
So thankful...and totally looking forward to this journey!
