★ ★ ★ ★ ★ العجينة سيئة وغير ناضجة من الاعلى، من الواضح انه لا يوجد لديهم شخص مختص بالبيتزا الايطالية، فهذا النوع من العجين يتطلب ان يكون رقيقا من المنتصف، وفقاعات الهواء تظل في الاطراف المنتفخة باحترافية اليد، وطبعا بطريقة تخمير خاصة، الحشوة يجب ان تكون خفيفة جدا (وليست مزدحمة مثل التي وصلتني، فالحشوة الكثيرة تمنع العجين من النضج في الوقت المطلوب)، فالعجين يجب ان لا يمكث في الفرن اكثر من دقيقتين تقريبا، بحيث ينضج هو والحشوة مع بعض، وحرارة الفرن ايضا يجب ان تكون اعلى من 400 درجة مئوية لكي تنضج بسرعة.
انصحهم اما ان يعتمدوا عجينة البيتزا الامريكية، او يحضروا خبيرا بهذا النوع من العجين.
تجربة لن تتكرر للاسف.
 The dough is bad and immature from the top, it is clear that they do not have someone specialized in Italian pizza, this type of dough requires that it be thin in the middle, and air bubbles remain in the puffed edges professionally by hand, and of course in a special fermentation method, the filling must be very light ( It is not crowded like the one I received, the large filling prevents the dough from ripening in the required time), the dough should not stay in the oven more than about two minutes, so that it and the filling are cooked together, and the oven temperature also must be higher than 400 degrees Celsius in order to ripen quickly .
I advise them to either adopt American pizza dough, or bring an expert in this type of dough.
An experience that will not be repeated unfortunately.

Delicious dough and fresh ingredients baked to crisp. Their beef slices pizza is a must try in Riyadh. I will definitely come again and recommend it to my friends.
