فصلت عندهم كنب وقالوا عليه ضمان ماكمل 3 شهور الا في صوف وخربان واتواصلت معهم قالوا الضمان على الخشب طيب ليش توفرون قماش ماهو زين ،، وتهاوشت معهم وطلبت اكلم المدير اتصل علي قال بتواصل مع شركة القماش وتقريبا 4 ايام ولما تواصل معي قال نص القيمه عليك ونص على الشركة اذا موافق نرحع نتواصل معهم ويعطونك القماش قلت له طيب المقاش اخذه كذا وش اسوي افصل فيه ثوب ابي احط يغير قماش الكنب رده لي (( شوف انت وش تبغى فيه اذا تبغى ثوب )) بصراحه قلة ادب

تم شراء الجلسة التي في الفيديو وتفاجأت بالقماش يخرج من مكانه بعد فترة بسيطة ولعدم استخدامه بكثرة تركته حتى اصبح كما ترون في المقاطع وعندها ذهبت للمحل الذي فاجأني ان الضمان لا يشمل القماش فقلت القماش سليم الخلل في التركيب فطلبوا ١٥٠٠ وخفظوا ل ١٠٠٠ لتصليح الخلل وكدت ان أوافق ثم تركتهم واحضرت العامل الذي اثبت كلامي ان القماش لم يتم تثبيته بالطريقة الصحيحة وكلفني فقط ٣٠٠ ريال.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فصلت عندهم جلسة قبل ٥ سنوات تقريباً و تصدقت فيها وهي شبه جديدة من جودتها وفصلت عندهم قريب خسارة الدراهم التعب والمشاوير !! شغل سيء جداً المحل تعبااان لا يروح له أحد يعتقد انه نفس شغلهم أول رينخدع مثلي
They had a session about 5 years ago and gave charity in it, which is almost new of its quality. A very bad job. The shop is a pain that no one will ever think is the same as their first job, who is fooled like me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم خصوصاً مع اللي اسمه محمود، شغل رديء واسلوب وتعامل سيء جداً، تم تسليمي ستائر تختلف عن ما تم طلبه، وبدل الاعتذار يرد عليك بنفس شينه + تركيب الستائر شغل اي كلام مشي حالك. ندمت على الساعه اللي رحت لهم فيها، اول مره وآخر مره.
I do not recommend dealing with them, especially with the one whose name is Mahmoud, poor job and very bad behavior. I was delivered curtains that differed from what was requested, and instead of an apology, they would reply to you in the same way + installing the curtains. Do any words. Walk yourself. I regret the hour I went to them, the first time and the last time.
