واحب اخص بالشكر الاخت الفاضله / سمية الغامدي ? على اخلاقها وحسن تعاملها ومساعدتها لنا بالاختيار والتنسيق والمتابعه مع العميل الى ان يستلم طلبه في وقته المحدد وتتأكد من رضا العميل ..
اما خدمة العملاء وعد ?? لو يغيرونها افضل.. غير جيده في خدمة العملاء ولا ترد على رسائلهم ولا اتصالاتهم ولاتنفع لهذه المهنة ابداً.

As for customer service, a promise ?? if they change it is better.. it is not good at customer service and does not respond to their messages or calls and does not benefit this profession at all.

الشغل فخم وجودة عالية وخامة ممتازة
التغليف ممتاز ويوصل نظيف وبدون اي مشاكل
رغم انه جاي من الرياض وانا بجيزان
خدمة ما بعد البيع جدا ممتازة ما توقعت كذا
ما عرفت اركب رجل كنبة لاني ما بحثت في مكانها الصحيح
تخيلوا قطعوا مسافة 400 كيلو سووها في دقيقة ومشوا
بصراحة تعاملت مع اكثر من محل أثناء بناء البيت
لم اجد خدمة مثل زرابي
الشكرا ايضا لخدمة العملاء وللاخت وعد
