I had made an order for stickers as a sample (before i order a large quantity) on the 6th of July and unfortunately did not receive them. I have called them once and they advised that the moment they receive it, they would call me. But i have received no calls or even a message. In addition, the website claims that it takes 4 to 5 days but it has been almost 2 weeks right now. I went to another printing agency and i was able to have my stickers printed on the very same day. It is very disappointing and i will never ever suggest zeej to any of my friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service i order last sunday may 7 2022 for the sticker whicj is i already paid then after 3 days may 10 2022 my order is not yet ready and i need to wait for atleast 30 mins.and all the staff just watching on their mobiles.its a big mistake to go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a shame theres no decent printing place in Riyadh! So under staffed and not even able to complete a simple task of printing a birthday card. Everything seems so challenging and so difficult for anyone to understand plus you can feel they dont really want to help - its just a job they want to finish and no more! Not helpful staff at all. IIf any one knows of any other printing place in Riyadh please share

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will inform you that your order is ready to pick up and when you arrived, most of the Ladies staff are just chatting at the backside they will not bother to prepare your order, im the one who took my order from their working table and they just laugh when you told them that you are in hurry because you just park infront of they're store (ROADSIDE) since you have been informed that your order is ready unfortunately it's not yet ready. They should not hire this type of staff, this is what you call KASARA. You will lose your regular customers if your staff possessed this kind of attitude & don't know the meaning of "Customer Service Satisfaction"!
