١- الذبيحة تجي ناقصه لذا شيك ع الذبيحة قبل دفع الحساب المشكلة تكلمهم وبدال ما يعتذر يتفلسف و الادها انه يعترف انها ناقصه حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل.
٢- الذبيحة لها اكثر من ٦ ساعات مذبوحه ومبردة .
٣- حجم الذبيحة اصغر من المتوقع .
٤- ارتفاع السعر عن السوق بنسبة ٣٠٪ تقريبا.
الصراحة لن اعيد التجربة مهما كان لانها تجربه فاشله بالنسبة ليا.

4- The price is 30% higher than the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لحمتهم طيبة ، لكن خدمة العملاء سيئة - ما يردوا على الاتصالات ولا على الواتس آب- غير واضحين في مواعيد التسليم و الأوزان مختلفة عن الموضح في تطبيقهم، لا أنصح به للأضاحي.
Their meat is good, but the customer service is bad - they do not respond to calls or WhatsApp - they are not clear about the delivery dates and the weights are different from what is shown in their application, I do not recommend it for sacrifices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت من التطبيق ووصلني الطلب بعد ثلاث ساعات بدون المصارين والله اعلم اذا كانت حري زي طلبي او لا الغريب الاكياس داخلها شعر اسود مع اللحمه بدون ولا شعره بيضاء والله يشهد ارسلت لهم واتس رد الموظف كان يمكن انذبح جنبه تيس ف المذبح .
الافضل اني اخذ ذبيحه قدامي تنذبح عشان لا اشكك في احد
