★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, only one cashier and I stayed one hour in line which was frustrating and not acceptable.even whn I talked personally to the branch manager but she doesn't care to open up another cashier to serve the customers.

Just to return to items, I had to wait for 30 minutes, and before I reach to the counter they informed us that they might not have enough cash today after I’ve been waiting. I always see long lines in Zara store and don’t get why they don’t hire more staff to assist the customer while they’re make huge profits but the service will stay terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Up to date clothes covering 3 main categories:children-women-men.Major issue is that they plug the clothes with plastic peace beside the price damaging the item after few wash especially that of socks..plus weak customer service..
