I would never recommend visiting it
Evening shift branch employee lies to customers in order to convince them to buy from his branch.
I visited the branch this previous month in the evening to inquire about the Viber service provided by Zain and to request the Zain 5g service, an offer of 299 riyals per month, including the router and network strengthening, according to what is displayed on the Zain website.
When I asked the employee, he told me that Hail does not have the Zain Viber service at all, and the service has not yet arrived!!!!!!
When I was asked about the offer of 299 riyals,
He informed me that only 250 offers are available, with a router only
When I asked him about the availability of the offer in other branches
He informed me that only available in all Hail branches is the offer of 250 riyals for a router and without strengthening
As an employee of a large telecommunications company, I was convinced of his words and expected him to be true to him
But unfortunately, I found out two days later that he lied to me only until he signed up for the service from his branch
While all kinds of offers are available in all Hail branches
Unfortunately, when reviewing the company, I did not benefit from anything, as their employee is the honest and the customer is the liar
All complaints are closed without contacting you
When I complained against the employee in the branch, I did not benefit from anything except an attempt to convince me by his manager that I am a beneficiary and that the employee provided me with a service and never caused any harm.
Note that the router, according to the employeeโs statement, is that the Wi-Fi covers 15 meters, while in fact its coverage is poor, and it does not cover a quarter of my house
