★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been Zain customer for almost 3 years already. On saturday 5th Feb I arrived to this shop to ask about replacement of my router battery, since i noticed over time the battery grew bigger and it looks not usable anymore. Two men that were working there first started asking me if I am from Russia. When I said I am from Croatia, they started making jokes about Ukraine and Russia, which has nothing to do with me or my country. Then one of them asked me what is my salary at my job, and mocked it. They didnt offer me any solution whatsoever, so basically me coming there to the store was a waste of time. I regret coming there and I feel like your employs are sitting there for no reason. Complete waste of time.
They said the new router will cost me 500 sar, and the new batery 200 sar. And while they were saying this to me they were also laughing. In the end I went myself to Mursalat and bought battery there for 70 sar.
