★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زين أسوأ فرع تعاملت معه.. الخدمة سيئة للغاية.. معي مشكلة كلمت خدمة العملاء قالولي اذهب لاقرب فرع لك بدون تحديد قلتلهم هروح فرع محمد رشيد رضا. قالولي ماشي .. توجهت للفرع الموظف قليل الذوق و انا بشرحله مشكلتي غير منتبه معي وشغال على الجوال حقه.. بعد ما خلصت قالي روح الفرع الرئيسي هما بيحلولك مشكلتك.. يعني سايب الدوام و منتظر ساعة قدام الفرع و في الاخر تعطيل على الفاضي
اخر قلة ذوق وتعطيل مصالح وسوء معاملة
حقيقي شركة قذرة و انا مستاء جدا من طريقة التعامل القذرة دي
 Zain is the worst branch I have ever dealt with.. The service is very bad.. I have a problem. I called customer service. They told me to go to your nearest branch without specifying. I told them to go to the Mohamed Rashid Reda branch. They told me okay.. I went to the branch, the employee has little taste, and I explain to him my problem. He is not paying attention to me and is working on the mobile right.. After I finished, he said to me, the spirit of the main branch will solve your problem.. I mean, I will leave the office and wait for an hour in front of the branch and in the end it will be disabled for the empty one.
The last lack of taste, disruption of interests and mistreatment
It is a real dirty company and I am very upset with this dirty way of dealing
