★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zain is considered as a low cost mobile service provider in the Kingdom but the coverage is an issue at some places. Unlike STC you may not find the network of Zain at some isolated places, may be on highways and desserts.
My experience at this outlet has been satisfactory every time I happened to visit this place. Usually it is not crowded and you may get your required service in around 10 minutes time. I also found the staff customer friendly but at times you may face some communication problems if you are not able to speak and understand a bit of Arabic.
