★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is NOT A HOTEL anymore. Just a group of poorly maintained 'playgrounds' for football, basketball and tennis. Good for a small group of players. Not for serious training. It takes a long time to arrive (as almost everywhere in Riyadh). Parking is quite easy.

It is in great location, looks homely and quaint, yet very few guests are coming now as it is a challenge to come to the place because of the road/metro construction around it. Though the basketball grounds are great, it is a challenge to look for a decent parking.
