★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- Extremely oily, both burgers and fries.
2- They never told me they were out of some my order ingredients and found it missing later.
3- Bad customer service as when I asked about the so called "caramelized onions" he simply said "we are out of them". Basically he wanted me to have a burger his way only, didn't even bother apologizing or offer to help.
4- Way over priced, double cheese burger for 43 SAR!!!
5- They have items on the menu that aren't available "loaded fries" for example.
Finally, over all, that was a horrible experience and a waste of money that I'll never repeat again especially because of the bad customer service, I could understand the pricing, a bad day in the kitchen, but can never accept a bad customer service.
