★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist needs more training in talking to customers and also need to have awareness about online reservations. I have made reservation online and got a call to confirm my 3 pm appointment last night. She said no you don’t have an appointment at 3.
Otherwise services and decor are nice.
I will think again if I want to revisit them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experince with amenah i color my hair and i highlighted i love it. It cost me 670 for short hair their place is big and the employees is nice however, they have discount for some company i will appreciate the respiration if she told me about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hair color is pretty nice however, the prices are crazy like a blow drying for short hair neck length is 172 is way too much the way they charge stuff doesn’t really make any sense, even for highlights even if u only want to do 2 stands they charge u for a full head.

The receptionist wasn't welcoming, which is a critical point for every beauty parlor.
The uv light nail dryer wasn't working and they don't have any drying drops instead the technician was fanning using a piece of paper which is ironic.
Booking system and confirmation is the only plus poit.
