ولكن الموظف الفترة المسائية في فرع عنيزة اسلوبه وتعامله جداً غير مهذب مع العملاء من وجهة نظري يحتاج دورة في فن التعامل مع العملاء

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طبعاً مكتب تأجير سيارات مثل ماهو باين عندهم السيارات العائلية والصغيره وتقدر تطلب السيارة سواء بتأمين او غيره اعجبتني خدمتهم ومقدره هالشيء ادري اني طولتها وهي قصيره بس ابي اخذ انجاز كتابة تعليق شطولة بالجوجل وشكرا على وقتكم وتحمل هربدتي الزايده

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة سيئة تخص تعامل الشركة مع تطبيق يلو. قبل شهر كنت باجازة بالقصيم وسألت عن سيارة عائلية للرجعة للرياض قالوا لازم من التطبيق تحجز . جلست ايام ادخل على التطبيق حتى وجدت سيارة عائلية وقمت بحجزها ثم دفعت المبلغ واكدوا لي الحجز ثم يوم العودة للرياض وقرب المدارس ذهبت لاستلام السيارة التي حجزتها قالوا ماعندنا لك موتر !!! كيف دفعت لكم بالتطبيق قلت لهم طيب عطونا بديل اليوم سفرنا وهقوني ولا انصح بالتعامل بتطبيقهم .. رحت لذيب صراحة يعطيك موتر قدامك وتضمن سفرك . المهم بعد ثلاث اسابيع اتصل مصري قال حنا يلو نعتذر من حضرتك عن ذاك اليوم قلت وين نصرف اعتذارك .
Bad experience regarding the company's dealings with the Yellow application. A month ago, I was on vacation in Al-Qassim, and I asked for a family car to go back to Riyadh. They said it is necessary to book from the application. I sat for days and entered the application until I found a family car and booked it and then paid the amount and they confirmed the reservation for me and then the day I returned to Riyadh and near the schools I went to receive the car I booked, they said we don't have a motor for you!!! How did I pay you with the application? I told them, OK. They gave us an alternative. Today, we traveled and they gave me a call. I do not advise dealing with their application. The important thing is, after three weeks, an Egyptian called and said, "Yellow, we apologize to you for that day." I said, "Where can we spend your apology?"
