١- الأسعار جدًا غالية
٢- اكثر من مرة أبي استأجر سيارة وماتتوفر سيارة عندهم ..
٣- انا عميل عندهم... وعندي ( عضوية فضية )
وخصومات جدًا لا تكاد تذكر ( يخصمون لي 10 - 15 ريال )
٤- اذا تجاوزت الكيلو المسموح لك !! يحسب عليك الكيلو .. وماتسلم السيارة الا لمن تدفع الزيادة
٥- الاسعار بعد كل فترة عندهم تزيد ... والحجة !! يقول لك وقت اجازة
٦- ماعندهم سيارات كثيرة ... فقط عدد بسيط
٧- مافي عروض عندهم .. وحتى العملاء المميزين مافي لهم عروض مميزة

1- Prices are very expensive
2- More than once, my father rented a car and they did not have a car.
3- I am a customer with them... and I have a (Silver Membership)
And very, almost negligible discounts (they deduct 10-15 riyals for me)
4- If you exceed the allowed kilo!! The kilo is calculated on you.. and the car is only delivered to those who pay the extra
5- The prices after each period increase ... and the argument!! He says it's time off
6- They don't have many cars...just a few
7- They don't have any offers..and even special customers don't have special offers
