I booked online at this AlWefaq Taif airport and some one called me and asked me to pay to get the discount compared to when you pay at location. Imagine what, I payed and when I arrived there is no car. The employees at the location said we don’t have this kind of car. It is at the website on other branches outside Taif.
I was offered a small car instead and I rejected. I wanted my money and they told me you will receive it in 14 days. This is cheating.
I tried to call the manager and no one be gave me his contact.
I know they will reply here with the default apology but it does not help. My break is now without car and money!!
I don’t recommend this company if we really can call it company. Be carful and don’t ever pay online. I am still trying to call someone in charge with no success.
