★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every Public transportation has its own Drawbacks,But staffs here are really annoying.i was at the counter and gave my id card and informed destination,staff at counter was ignoring and playing game on his mobile phone,the bus was ready to leave,even though he was playing game with my id with him,i asked him again for the ticket,he looked at me and asked for the amount,he gave my ID back,at the end he again asked me "What is your ID number???",ignorant staff playing games at duty. Hope there would be some improvement in future.

I came 8:30pm for buy a ticket For Travelling to jeddah.. But Customer service man he said not available before 4am..
4:37am have a one bus..okay fine.i boking for 4:37am time bus.bt it is also late...rght now 30min late, still not come the bus.even actually he Don't know what time coming the bus, he didn’t gave the sure time...why like that?
Is it good Service for us?shame!!
