Walad Al Balad Restaurant for Foul, Al Masoub, Al Mutabak and Al Muqalqal, a 12 year old restaurant I tried with Al Masoub and excellent, and the prices are also excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mutabbag here is very delicious. It’s even better than the more expensive place next door. Mutabbag is a pastry made of two layers of dough, one very thin and rolled out, and an internal thin crispier sheet. Inside these sheets is a filling. The normal one is egg with green onion and cheese. You can also get banana or tuna filling or a variety of other things. All are delicious.
