يكفيك انك تسكن شي جديد ونظيف ومميز
ومالك الشقق متواجد على طول ورجل قمة بالاخلاق والتعاون و يعرض خدماته بوجه بشوش الله يبارك له
Good location, classy apartments, with all the meanings, distinguished and modern furniture
It suffices you to live in something new, clean and distinctive
The owner of the apartments is located along a man of summit with morals and cooperation, and offers his services in the face of chaos God bless him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ واضح من تفاوت التقييمات القديمة والحديثة على وجود مالك جديد لهذه الشقق، لم ازرها قبلاً.. لكن الآن اصنفها بـ نظيفة جداً.. وجداً مريحة وهادئة.. الاثاث جديد وفاخر كالخزانات الألمانية ، بعض المزايا البسيطة وستصبح فندقية.. الديكورات خشبية جميلة كما في صور التعليقات الحديثة قبل هذا التعليق.
وستكون وجهتي للسكن في كل زيارة لـ بلجرشي❤️ اوحتى الباحة ??
بعض الملاحظات على مكان الشقق: عدم وجود لوحة للفندق او اي دلالة عليه خاصة بوجود قاعة افراح عنده(( قصر الشلال للاحتفالات)) والزجاج الاسود على مدخل الاستقبال مما يوحي بعدم وجود احد في الداخل..
It is clear from the variation in the old and recent evaluations that there is a new owner for these apartments, I have not visited them before .. But now I classify them as very clean .. Very comfortable and quiet .. The furniture is new and luxurious, such as German cabinets, some simple features and it will become a hotel .. Beautiful wooden decorations as in pictures Recent comments before this comment.
And it will be my destination for accommodation in every visit to Beljurashi, or even Al-Baha
Some notes on the location of the apartments: There is no sign for the hotel or any indication of it, especially the presence of a wedding hall with ((the waterfall palace for celebrations)) and black glass at the entrance to the reception, which suggests that no one is inside ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ١-الشقق واضح انها مجدده وديكورها جميل من تناسق الالوان للتصاميم والارضيات جدا حبيتها
٢-فيها هدوء وكأن العمارة فاضية رغم ان الدور الي سكنت فيه كان محجوز بالكامل
٣-نظيييفه واضح فيها الاهتمام لكن يبدو ان الي كان ساكن قبلنا كان مدخن مجرد ماشغلت المكيف طلع لي ريحة دخان
وفتحت الفلاتر ابي اغسلها وماشاء الله كانت نظيييفه وهذا يدل على اهتمام ونظافه
٤-المطبخ مجهز بغلايه وفرن وغساله ملابس
ملاحظتي فقط الاصنصير صغير جدا جدا
واول مادخلنا وجدنا صرصور في الحمام
والشباك مع الهواء يصدر صوت مزعج
واتمنى مايسمحون بالتدخين في الشقق لان فعلا شيء يضايق
1- The apartments are clearly renovated and their decor is beautiful from the consistency of the colors of the designs and floors. I really liked it . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
2- It is quiet, as if the building was empty, even though the floor I lived in was fully booked
3- It is clean and clearly shows interest, but it seems that the one who lived before us was a smoker. As soon as I turned on the air conditioner, I smelled of smoke.
I opened the filters, I wanted to wash them, and God willing, they were clean, and this indicates interest and cleanliness
4- The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, oven and washing machine
My observation is that the cockroach is very very small
The first time we entered, we found a cockroach in the bathroom
And the window with the air makes an annoying sound
And I hope they don't allow smoking in the apartments because it's really annoying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المدخل حلو و لا يوجد استقبال بل رقم العامل ملصق تتصل عليه و يأتي اليك
المصعد ضيق جدا و لا يتسع لاكثر من ٣ او اثنين كبار
الشقق التي على الشارع صوت السيارات عندك
الداخليه ممتازه
اما الشقق نظيفه جدا و مرتبه و لكن ينقصها الخدمات
لا مناديل و لا فوط و لا شاهي و لا سكر
اخذت غرفتين و صاله ب ٥٠٠ ريال
The entrance is nice and there is no reception, but the worker's number is a sticker that you can call and he will come to you
The elevator is very narrow and cannot accommodate more than 3 or two adults
The apartments on the street are the sound of cars
The interior is excellent
The apartments are very clean and tidy, but the services are lacking
No napkins, no towels, no tea, no sugar
Took two rooms and a hall for 500 riyals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت فيها ليله كانت رعب لا اضأه في الاستقبال ولا موظف طلع بعد مااستأجرنا والغريب واللي شد انتباهي وخلاني اطلع منها للاسف من غير مااقابل المسؤل عنها أو صاحب الشقق إن جميع القنوات حوثيه وشيعه لايوجد خدمات وسعر غالي اتمنى تكون القنوات مجرد غلطه أو صدفه للاسف اني طلعت من غير ما اسال ولا اشتكي والنجمه عشان اشارك
شقق فندقيه مافيها لمبه خارج المبنى ولا داخل الاستقبال عجب العجاب كيف فندقيه ولا فيها أي تصنيف للفندقه اتمنى مسؤل يهتم من هيئة السياحه ..الوضع مريب.
I lived there one night, it was terrifying. There was no light in the reception, and no employee came out after we rented. The strange thing is that caught my attention and made me look out of it, unfortunately, without meeting the person responsible for it or the owner of the apartments. All the channels are Houthis and Shiites. There are no services and a high price. I hope the channels are just a mistake or a coincidence. Unfortunately, I got out of Other than what I ask and do not complain and the star to point you
Hotel apartments do not have a light bulb outside the building or inside the reception. It is amazing how a hotel is and does not have any classification for the hotel. I hope an official from the Tourism Authority will take care of it.. the situation is suspicious.

Best I've hit - beds comfy, aircon, bathroom and Tv all of what I wanted in my previous stays in Hail and Tabuk. Mr Saeed the Manager is good value if you want to know about the area.
