I recommend the gym and massage accross the street

The place is the best, every couch is helpful with you they ask you about everything and shows you every move you should do, the equipment there is amazing and most of it is new, it has 2 swimming pools but most likely they're crowded which is a good sign that the place is awesome, there's a mini market in there which belongs to O2 the known juice shop in Khamis Mushait and Abha and they offer you everything from food to protein shakes and such, the price is a little bit high than it was before the pandemic but this increase is happening everywhere nowadays, talking about how clean is the place, the place is always clear, the workers in there is making sure that everything everywhere is clean and sanitized. There alot of equipment in there so you shouldn't worry if someone is using the machine because there is always another one like it.
