يجب وضع أجهزة تمكن المراجع من تقييم أداء الموظف حتى يقتنع الموظف في هذه الدائرة أن الحكومة وضعته في هذا المكان لخدمة المراجعين
وأيضا من الملاحظات على هذا المركز عدم وجود مداخل مخصصة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة

شكرا لجهاز قياس الحرارة
الموظفين فاضين وملزوم في وقتك المحدد والجهاز مايعطيك رقم الا قبل موعدك ب 10 دقايق يعني لو موعدك 10 ماتاخذ رقم الا 9:50 والموظفين فاضين والمراجعين قليل ومايستقبلون الا برقم ؟؟!!!!! شيبان انتظروا !
