I kept trying to contact the Wasel Support, but unfortunately nobody is answering a call.
do you guys have any support number, I need to talk any customer service representative.. and they still did not deposit my cancelled order amount into my wallet, and still they did not transfer my wallet amount into my Bank Account.. This is really ridiculous for me..
I kept trying to contact the Wasel Support, but no one is responding to me.. a bad support services.. I must say..
I would like to update you the following:
1- Got the Order from Customer
2- Deduct the Amount from my Wallet 78.00 SAR
3- I reached to the Location and called to Customer.
4- Customer sent another location which is 17KM ahead from the current location.
5- I updated the Wssel on Chat.
6- Wssel sent me message, Order has cancelled, enjoy the order. And amount of 78 + 18.40 delivery charges to be added in your wallet.
7- I pushed the button "Order Delivered" for getting a Main Screen of APP..
Sir, I still did not get my amount back in Wallet.
Please help me to send me my amount..
