★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well if you want to waste your hours and hours on lift then take this, Extremely dirty rooms and you have to wait at-least one hour on lift everything especially if you carry baby pram, and very smelly rooms they wont even supply new bed sheet or blanket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class cheap quality Hotel. Rooms are dirty, beds are very old and not clean, bugs are going around freely in the rooms, washrooms are without soap and tissues, Hot water coming from cold taps.
Totally wastage of money and time.
Not recomandable in any case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not book this hotel because there are only 6 lifts inside the hotel for 14 floors. My parents are there on umrah and they have to wait 1 hour for lift before Namaz/ Salah and after Namaz/ Salah they have to wait again for 1.5 hour to go back to their room. No doubt that the hotel is near to Madina Haram/ Masjid –e- Nabwi S.A.W, but every time you go for your obligatory prayer/ namaz (Salah) there is too much fight for lift and you are not able to perform your prayer on time if you are not going to haram before 1/ 1.5 hour. Please be careful while you are booking the hotel for umrah.
