★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كشف ناظر مؤسسة وقف السبيل الدكتور محمد الصعب، أن برامج الوقف للمساعدات الاجتماعية تمكنت خلال الأشهر الماضية من نقل 20 أسرة بمنقطة مكة المكرمة من دائرة الاحتياج إلى دائرة الإنتاج، مشيراً إلى إن الوقف وضمن برنامج “كفاف” مستمر في أعماله ونشاطاته الهادفة لإخراج الأسر والعائلات المستفيدة من برامجه من دائرة الحوجة والوصول بهم إلى مرحلة توديع الفقر والخروج من دائرة تصنيفه.
وأوضح الصعب، بأن استراتيجية وقف السبيل في معالجة الفقر تتكئ على خطة متكاملة تسير وفق ثلاث مراحل، تبدأ من مرحلة التشخيص، ومن ثم مرحلة علاج الأعراض عبر تغطية حاجات هذه الفئات، الغذائية والاجتماعية، والصحية، لتأتي ثالثاً مرحلة علاج الأسباب، حيث يتم فيها نقل الأسرة من الاحتياج عبر برامج تدريبية متنوعة تساهم في اكتفاء الأسرة ذاتياً.
كما أشار الصعب إن التوسع في تقديم المساعدات للفئات المحتاجة، يتسبب أحياناً كثيرة في تكريس الفقر وبقائه، مشيراً إلى إن دور القطاع الخيري يجب أن يكون أكبر من أن ينحصر على تقديم مساعدات والتي لا تعدو سوى مسكَنات، مؤكداً أنه من الضروري الانتقال بالعمل الخيري من ثقافة الاحتواء السلبي المؤدي إلى اتكالية الفئات المحتاجة، إلى احتواء تنموي يرفع من قيمة الإنسان، ويوصله إلى مراحل متقدمة لإخراجه من دائرة الفقر
تجدر الإشارة، إن “وقف السبيل” هي مؤسسة وقفية غير ربحية، مسجلة رسمياً بوزارة العدل، بموجب صك إثبات الوقفية، ويشرف عليها مجلس أوصياء من أعيان منطقة مكة المكرمة، وتتنوع مصارفها في مشاريع متنوعة في مجالات الإطعام، والكساء والإسكان، وذلك عبر دليل إجرائي مصنف حسب الاحتياج وأوليات ونوع الدعم، يراعي خصوصية المستفيدين ويتماشى مع الأنظمة المعمولة بالسعودية.

It is worth mentioning that the "Stop the Way" is a non-profit, non-profit foundation registered officially by the Ministry of Justice under a certificate of proof of waqf. It is supervised by a Board of Trustees of the Makkah Region and its banks are diversified in various projects in the fields of food, clothing and housing. Classified according to need, priorities and type of support, taking into account the privacy of beneficiaries and in line with the regulations in force in Saudi Arabia.
