★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ممتازين جدا في الاستقبال والتعاون ولكن يحتاجون الى سيارة وكالة مافيها الى البوية تحتاج تجديد لأن الصدامات لوبها شي تتغير بجديد ستوك البودي لو وجد به عفط يحتاج لسمكرة وكل شي بسعره فاللأسف طلع معاي السعر من ٣٣٣٣ الى حول ٦٠٠٠ صدامات وسمكرة وربلات وديكور رفرف وعظمات.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته ، لا اقول الا ما حصل للامانه من اسواء انواع التأخير حقيقه الامر تواصلت معهم اكثر من مره ومع العلم لا يعطون مواعيد انتهى من السياره وتمت الموافقه من التامين ومر اسبوعين ولا انتهت من الورشه و يماطلون لابعد حد ولافي شي صريح او رقم شكاوي للورشه او التاكد من السياره في حال ماذا فعلو وماذا تبقى للانتهاء وتم التواصل مع الشركه اكثر من مره وبجميع انواع الطرق ولا يوجد نص صريح على مده انتهى المركبه من الورشه اتمنى تحسين خدمات الوعلان للافضل .

In fact, I contacted them more than once, and knowing that they do not give appointments, the car has finished and the insurance has been approved, two weeks have passed and the workshop has not finished, and they delay to the maximum and there is nothing explicit or a number Complaints to the workshop or to verify the car in the event of what they did and what remains to be completed. The company has been contacted more than once and in all kinds of ways, and there is no explicit text on how long the vehicle has left the workshop. I hope to improve Wallan’s services for the better.
