★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very much disrespecting staff the one who is there at reception he is disrespecting the patients and treating like he is the big boss or any official doctor but the thing is he is just an janitor over there for sure so i request the hospital management to take the strict action on him and teach him a lesson how to treat the patients who are visiting your clinic and i hope this will reach to the concern management hoping for the quick and fast action in this regards thanks..

Don't use this hospital if you can help it. Find an alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m from Malaysia. I went to this clinic on 13 February 2022 when I was staying in Medina before heading to Makkah to perform my umrah. I met Dr. Muhammad Imran from Pakistan and went through a minor surgery to take out pus and blood clot from my swollen finger. The Dr and his assistant, Angie from Indonesia were very kind and friendly. Both of them were very gentle and they made me feel comfortable even I was in pain at that particular moment. Even though I was far from home, they made me feel so welcomed. Now my finger is getting better. Alhamdulillah... I wish both of them all the best and thank you so much for their excellent hospitality.

Went to see ENT Specialist due to nose bleeding, had a good experience. Arab but quick reception, clean environment and Pakistani, qualified doctors with latest equipment.
24/7 and have ambulance service.
Might be little expensive but it's worth it due to the quality of treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very satisfied in this hospital . The receptionists were both respectful and assisted the patient properly . DR HEBA ABBAS and DR MONSUR were both helpful . InShaAllah i felt better now thanks for their kindness and their advices .
