Don't ever think of buying anything from this company. I purchased one month VPS host and tried to contact someone for some issues I'm facing and their customer service is just non-existing. Tried to reach them on chat for three days until someone replied, but it turned out that he is from technical support and that I need to send an email to sales. I gave them my number and asked him to let the customer service manager call me, and I sent the email to the sales team. Neither did I get any phone call back nor did anyone bothered to reply to my email. I also submitted a support ticket, they simply closed it without taking any action! They have 3 phone numbers on their website: One in Saudi, one in the UK and one in the US, none of them work! They simply DON'T PICK UP THE PHONES. Beware of this company.
