★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vives Compound is not only STUNNING with Large units (Must be seen to believe) but they are exceptionally well priced also. The units are well maintained and the compound is constantly being looked after. On site facilities are great but not over the top. The staff are also absolutely amazing and nothing is too much hassle.
The Compound has access to STC Fiber and 5G wireless broadband (Signal may vary). I use only 5G and it works exceptionally well for me,.
You should definitely put Vives on your list of Compounds to look at, you wont be sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been calling Vives home from two years now, it was not easy to find a place that had the open backyard , green belts, excellent Maintaince and facilities in Riyadh, but we found it in Vives.
The compound comes with a mini market , basket ball / football and tennis court. A recreational area with gym , pool a coffee shop and space available for rental .
The compound has two common backyards in Vives 1, and this is just Vives 1. Two play areas, extra parking space and two villas completely allocated to kids / teens and the other one for adults . The area comes with assorted games and a place to relax and watch sports or a movie.
Being a parent to a young child I can say that the place is safe and child friendly with round the clock security (who are a team of very good people) and surveillance cameras.
It’s away from the city Centre but has bus service two times a day except Friday for mall trips/ ikea/ home center. The school buses cater to all major schools and a separate one for the younger kids.
There are golf carts for picking up and dropping delivery, and nestle and fresh groceries are delivered quiet frequently to the compound.
The management is reachable and accommodating.
It’s worth the hard earned money .
Vives 1 has duplex 3 and 4 bedroom villas but no maid room and Vives 2 is a different story with 3/4 duplex villa with a maids room, a separate gym and a swimming pool under construction that opens up very soon , it’s own gym.
The compound has recently opened a preschool , it’s perfect for families with young kids.
I would recommend Vives to anyone who is looking for a home in Riyadh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High-priced, no pool, no spa, no restaurant, no ATM, they just lost their store, (so no store either) security protocols toward paying resident's guests are insanely strict, unsafe, cats everywhere, empty villas with open doors attracting vermin. It's high alight, referring to the price...but it is most certainly not "high-end" by any stretch of the imagination. The staff are great though--they are terrific in fact.

The staff & management are very friendly and supportive. The atmosphere is great, the restaurant, Lulu mini market, and public amenities such as gym, pool, spa are always clean and welcoming. Furniture is like brand new, specious villas (250+ sqm). Definitely one of the nicest compounds in Riyadh.
