Price is very high for the low quality services we get in return, communication with the management is very weak and the support from theis barely there, maintenance is very delayed. Recommendations are very hard to give since professionalism isn’t there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small housing community located in a peaceful suburb. It is made up of 26 furnished villas joined together with shared amenities. There is swimming pool, playground, gym and a lot of grassed area for the residents to hang out in. Garden and patio furniture is also provided. Other services include general transportation, school pick and drop and weekly movie nights. The place is really well maintained and has a very good vibe to it. Prices for rental are in the range of SAR 80k to 130K per year depending on the number of rooms.
