الفنء الخارجي واسع و يوجد مسبح كبير و ملعب .
سهولة امكانية الوصول مع وجود ميني ماركت قريب .
 Spacious comfortable lounge, large reception hall and cooling above average currently. The small room has high-cooled air conditioning.
The exterior is spacious and there is a large swimming pool and playground.
