★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I changed my mind about this hotel ! It was truly contrary to my bad expectations, the stay was awesome ? i had a really quite nice stay, great staff, fast services while staying there, restaurants there deliver to the room with no extra charge. Everything is close by. Please try everywhere accessible electric scooter ? it is so much fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view and excellent room that smells amazing and looks so premium, however it is disappointing that the swimming pool is very far from the hotel, plus another issue we faced is that we booked a corner ocean-view room, but the receptionist gave us the lowest level room that had no view of the ocean. The reception was empty in the morning and we could not find anyone to help us in that time. It is a great hotel but it just needs better management.

Nice staff, good view and location, room space was good enough,
But unfortunately this time, some beds had small bugs which bit my kids. So disapointed and sad about that.

Drawback :
Overpriced
Need more facilities and benefits for the given rate. I think giving residents special rate for Yam beach could be an option. The reception and room service not easily picking the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously one of the best hotels i ever been to in my whole entire life,and iv been to extremely expensive places worldwide,it exceeded my expectations, i mean where to start? Should we start from the extremely comfy beds or the modern quiet minimalist design rooms or the super friendly staff, location wise was perfect, price was little high for 4 days but it worth every single riyal iv paid we even extended our stay for an extra day just for the marina view and the chill vibe’s, shout out to khaled, nawaf, jumana the receptionist they all need a rise also shahen i guess from the housekeeping they were all extremely friendly and professional it was just a flawless stay ❤️ definitely will come back soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the place. I was very impressed. It is much better than Bay La Sun. The cleanliness, the staffs assistance, the accessibility (5min walk to Yam Beach 5min walk from Juman Park). If we go there again, I would take the same hotel again. The room we took was a Seaview 2 bedroom apartment, was had the best view in the town. Nothing beats it. Well done The View Hotel & Residences ?
