المدربات فيه سعوديات ومن جنسيات آخرى
رائعات متعاونات يعطونك حقك بالتدريب
ينزل جدول الكلاسات كل شهر
الكلاسات فيه خاص بالبطن مثلا
او الجزء العلوي او السفلي
وفيه مايخص الجسم كامل
في حال عدم وجود كلاس يناسبك يفتحون لك قاعه التدريب على الكلاس اللي تبينه عن طريق البرجكتر
جميع مافي النادي جديد
النادي عباره عن دورين
يتوفر فيه لواكر مجانيه
آلة قهوه وماء وفواكه مجاني
دورات مياه
غرف تبديل
مكان للاستحمام
شامبو و صابون
تجربه تتكرر وتتكرر ?
لكن العيب الوحيد فيه غلاء الأسعار

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نادي يعتمد على الكلاسات الجماعية اكثر من الاجهزة، مستوى النظافة ممتاز، يعتبر متوسط المساحة.
فيه عدة استوديوهات للحصص، ادوات لزيزميلز، اجهزة الحديد تعتمد على الكوابل، اوزان حرة متنوعة، جهاز سميث، لا يوجد مسبح، متوفر جهاز انبودي.
A club that relies on group classes more than equipment, the level of cleanliness is excellent, and it is considered average in size.
It has several studios for classes, tools for zizmails, iron equipment based on cables, various free weights, Smith machine, no swimming pool, in body device available.
