Finally, family 5 persons i recieved only 4 passports and still waiting last one and i dont where is it? VFS office, Swiss Embassy or Aramix

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need to apply for a visa then you need to come to this place.
Most of the schengen countries, United Kingdom, CANADA, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Nigeria under one roof.
Service is too good. Secured and well maintained. They also provide documentation assistance. Travel insurance is also available in the same premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just visited VFS Global, it was a smooth process. Please be early and have you passports and documents ready. Staff are friendly and helpful. The entire process took 30 mins. It got busier as we were leaving so I advise you to book the early appointments.

But my biometric was done on 15/03/2022 for UK visa stamping and didn’t receive my visa till 11/05/2022, there is no option for tracking or to know about our visa status. At least they should provide a tracking number or if it will late inform the reasons. That’s really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. My family and I booked the appointment with the Italian embassy 2 weeks ago. Our appointment was at 12:30 pm. We came even before the time, and all our documents were ready for submission but dishonorably we waited 4 hours to submit our documents due to their claim that the system was deactivated. But I saw another illegal situation come over. Furthermore, the staff on the counters were unprofessional at all; we came to them multiple times to finalize our application and they simply telling illogic excuses.
We are in an orderly and respectable country. We strongly reject irregular transactions and obstruction of citizens' conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was applying to the French embassy. I would recommend you book the first appointment in the day to avoid having to wait long. Also you are not allowed to rebook your appointment 2 days in advance. If you miss your appointment or have missing documents, you will have to rebook your appointment and pay the fee again. And they don’t accept to give you a refund. So might be best not to pay the Courier fee until you are there and all the paperwork is sorted and approved.
Pros: they have an excellent phone service if you have questions. Good parking space around the building. Some of the staff try their best to help.
Cons: unfortunately be prepared to wait 3-4 hours from you appointment time (so bring some snacks and a book to read or IPad). My appointment was at 2pm but only ended up seeing the agent at 6pm!
Also they ask for requirements that are not stated on the website which is very confusing. So have someone available at home to send you any missing documents.
