★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my keratin therapy done with a person by name Reem, she didn’t even care to wash my hair before starting the procedure, even after I asked her several times and told her that I used lot of serum on my hair the day before procedure was done but still she denied and said it is okay. Now I feel my hair has not retained the keratin right after the first wash itself.

She's the best!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Look for FATIMAH if you want to rebond your hair... She's the best. 5 ? for FATIMAH and MARICEL ❤️❤️❤️

The parlour is clean, but the Saudis sitting there are rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went 1st & last time, from the receptionist thr place has unwelcoming vibe receptionist are although polite yet can't give any proper information as she was unable to communicate in English , the philpino staff that provide service 2me was v blunt & somewhat impolite, I was v uneasy during the whole stay , they shud have more trained staff & provide adequate information 2 customer rite from the start
