غرف صغيره (مو شيء جديد )
ماشفت المطبخ في الدور الأرضي ولا الأول يمكن ما انتبهت له
الدرج لو تدققون مهلهل وهي ماقد انسكنت
مليونين وثمانمائة حرام فيها

Small rooms (not something new)
I didn't see the kitchen on the ground floor, nor could I have noticed it
The staircase, if you look at it, is flimsy, and it will not be quiet
Two million and eight hundred is forbidden in it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التصميم رهيب بصراحه ومرتب ومنطقة السطح توسع الصدر بس الملاحظة بغرفة النوم الرئيسيه التسريحه داخل الغرفه ورجعنا لموضوع ازعاج الاستشوارات لو مكبرين غرفة الملابس وتكون التسريحه من ضمنها افضل بمليون مره (وجهة نظر)
بس المشكله الازليه الأسعار وطبعاً كل مالها ترتفع بحكم ان فيه ناس تشتري ( المشروع مبيوع بالكامل) ازدان
The design is frankly terrible and tidy, and the surface area expands the chest, but the observation is in the master bedroom, the dresser is inside the room, and we went back to the issue of the inconvenience of consultations, if we enlarged the dressing room, and the hairstyle, including it, would be a million times better (point of view)
But the main problem is the prices, and of course all of their money goes up because there are people who buy (the project is completely sold out).
