A Very Beautiful Place to Visit with 2 or 3 Families, but not alone. It gives an excellent view of the Nature especially in the early morning time before sunrise. Basically they give a Villa for 800 SAR it can accommodate easily 2 to 3 families, (provided each family having 1-2 children only) If someone's family is big then 2 families are perfect for this place. We have 3 Bedrooms but only one bedroom is with attach Washroom for the remaining 2 bedrooms one need to share the other washroom though all the washroom and bedrooms well designed with all the comfort. We have sitting area where you can evident the Natural beauty with small little creatures (birds). As we go downstairs we have sitting area here also and we have a little swimming pool depth (approx -- 5m) especially for children but one should be careful with the new swimmers or under 5 baby. Electric stove available for Cooking but limited utensils available, so if someone is going with a family and picnic like plan don't forget to carry all your cooking stuff, however we can go Barbeque that's there outside the swimming pool area and also there is ample space very spacious for Giant cooking (......hhh) of say 15-20 members. Rose of different colors collection you might have ever seen, very awesome atmosphere especially in the early morning time before sunrise. Fresh sweet to breath. On a whole you can have the beautiful experience of Nature at a height of 2500m(approxx....) from the sealevel. A Very Unforgettable good Pleasant experience to have at one's leisure time only. Not at all recommended for newly married couples or a single family with 1 or 2 children, it's a picnic spot for Group of Mmebers or a team but not alone. Have a Nice time and enjoy the Nature.

Nice, welcoming staff But, no WiFi no internet no grocery store. I called House keeping many time no one answered ? Pool in villa not heated

Clean villas with excellent view. Great place for kids since it has kids swimming pool in each of the villas. Staff is friendly and available to help all the time. Only downside is that there is no market (baqala) near the resort.

The place is good and some of the villas got beautiful view, our stay would be perfect if there wasn’t a problem in the electricity for 3 days and we had to move to another villa which was far from the play area and the garden view. However, they offered us a good discount for the problem.

So disappointing! Beautiful location and gardens but the accommodation is filthy. The resort is 5 years old and it seems they did zero maintenance since opening. Carpets and furniture are full of stains. Damage to ceiling. The swimming pool is full of dirt at the bottom. Dust everywhere. Avoid.

This place is a ripoff, very bad Management and service half of the time the Electricity was off and their pool is only for display the pool water heater does not work, when we complained regarding the pool they simply said the pool heaters have been switched off since 2 years because of electrical problems. They were expecting us to use the freezing temperature pool, saying at least there is a pool there for you. Would never spend my money ever there. I don't recommend it for anyone.

Great design, beautiful scenery. Beautiful weather. Needs major improvement in the area of cleanliness and kitchen needs renovation.
