 We took from them for the feast the chocolates, especially the ones that contain noodles or nuts. Either they are old or the storage is bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان زين ويبدو الشوكلت ممتاز بس للاسف الموظفين باردين وخدمتهم سيئه بالاحرى سياسة العرض فاشله جيت باخذ شوكلت مكشوف كيلو وطبعا سعره ٢٥٠وطالع قلت باخذ اربع انواع ولازم اذوق قال ماذوقك الا صنفين والباقي لا تاخذينه بدون تذوقين والا ادفعي فلوس ع الذواقه!!!!!اول مره اسمع بكذا والصنف جايبه لافه بمنديل ? تقديم فاشل لاخر حد طيب انا زبون بشتري تعاملين بذا الطريقه. ابد مانصح فيهم فيه محلات شوكلت مكشوف بلجيكي اطلق منهم وماتخاذين الا تذوقين وباقل من سعرهم. الاستخفاف بالزباين ع ايش دهخلنا محلات شوكلت افخم من محلكم مليون مره ماسمعنا الي نذوقه لازم ندفع عليه فلوس عجب الصراحه ماانصح فيهم ابدددددددددددد
The place is nice and the chocolate looks excellent, but unfortunately the staff is cold and their service is rather bad. The offer policy is rather a failure. I took a kilo of exposed chocolate, and of course its price was 250. I said I take four types and I must taste. He said, “You only taste two types, and the rest is not taken without tasting or pay money for the gourmet!!!!! Listen to this and the item will bring him a wrap with a tissue ? Failed presentation to the last good person, I am a customer who buys you are treated in this way. I would never recommend them to have Belgian chocolate shops, let them go and take only two tastings and for less than their price. Underestimating customers, why have we entered chocolate shops a million times more luxurious than yours? If we don't hear what we taste, we must pay money for it. It's amazing how frankly I would recommend them.
