والشخص الذي يستقبل المكالمات غير مناسب؛ لأنه يحول كل شيء إلى موظف الإستقبال؛ والسؤال العملي؛ لماذا يرد على الاتصالات دام أنه لا يدلي بإي معلومة؟
وإن موظفة الإستقبال أيضًا لا تمتلك المعلومات الكافية للإجابة على أسئلة العميل، والسؤال العملي؛ لماذا هي في ذلك المكان؟
