قبل ٢٣ سنة سكنت بالعقلة لمدة عام...
و النعم بأهلها...
أما من حيث النظافة فقد كانت سيئة جدا
أما في هذا الوقت فالمدينة مرتبة و نظيفة مقارنة بالسابق
و هذا يدل على ما تقوم به البلدية من عمل جبار
فالله يجزاهم خير و أن يحسن الله لمن أحسن عمله.
