ماالسبب !!
ليست أول مره لم استلم الفاتورة من نفس الفرع
وعندما طالبت واصريت على اخذ فاتورتي بعدما دفعت كامل الحساب
قال أنها ستأخذ وقت
وقلت سأنتظر لا بأس
و ركنني على جمب وبدأ يحاسب عملاء آخرين !!
حتى سئمت الانتظار ورحلت !
هل يمكن ادخال الدواء في الجهاز
ولا يتم طباعة الفاتورة حالاً گبقية الصيدليات ؟!
وكيف يمكنه خدمة عميل آخر قبل طباعة فاتورتي
كيف يقبل السيستم في الصيدلية ؟؟؟
ارجو النظر في الموضوع
والحرص من الغش
حتى لا يتم إغلاق الصدلية او تغريمها من قبل الجهات المختصه .

Not the first time I did not receive the bill from the same branch
And when I demanded and insisted on taking my bill after I paid the full account
He said it will take time
I said I'll wait
And he parked me on Jump and started to charge other customers!!
So tired of waiting and left!
Can medication be inserted into the device?
And the bill is not printed right now like other pharmacies?!
And how can he serve another customer before printing my invoice
How is the system accepted in the pharmacy???
Please look into the matter
And be careful of cheating
So as not to be closed or fined by the competent authorities.
