★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at reception adds services and maintenance that you did not ask for. Invoice says “as per customer request” but the staff says “ignore it, it’s from the system” and that it’s a mandatory service you should have.
The workshop staff is one of the worst, they should shuffle the staff and bring in new people from other locations.
There is no SOP, the seats are left soiled in grease from workers hands and clothes, carpets are left with stains of grease from workers shoes, the car smells of grease.
Absolutely no effort taken to handle the car by international Mopar standards.
Total ripoff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an agent for such esteemed brand, they could do better with regards the availability of parts as well as its pricing policy.... Usually you would import directly from Mopar with a cheaper price including shipping and takes.... etc. Also they don't respect any genuine recall for any vehicle from FCA unless local authorities forces it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for an oil change but if you need parts, this place is ridiculously overpriced and they usually find something wrong with your car that no other mechanic can see. Buy parts from Amazon or a dealer and save a full months salary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my car serviced a couple of weeks ago as part of the regular service programme. I am now receiving a message to say that I need an oil change. I am trying and trying and trying to call but the call is either cut off or I am left with terrible music on repeat with no answer. I would like to know why I am receiving this message so soon after a scheduled service but don't think I should have to go to the workshop to do this.
